We have exhausted ALL our avenues… Over $10,000 dollars later, LOSING his visitation rights, over a YEAR in court battles and the Texas Supreme Court REJECTING our case, I am in DIARE NEED of ANY help, advice or an ear to listen/read what is going on. DON’T let my husband’s diligent SERVICE to “OUR” COUNTRY make him lose out on being an OUTSTANDING dad, father or friend to his little girl!
Complete insanity. Military service shouldn't have a thing to do with your ability to be a father. FATHER is who loves the child, reads her bed time stories, is there for her when she needs him and doesn't leave her to avoid responsibility. They will give an abusive, violent and alcoholic man the rights to see his child with unsupervised visits, but a GOOD man who LOVES his child and would do anything for her and his family, including serving our country to keep her rights can lose his child. Keep your chin up. Keep fighting. Don't give up!!!
